David Hunter
Earlier this year my wife’s UK spousal visa was due to expire and so in order to prepare for its renewal I attempted to use UK Visas & Immigration’s online renewal procedure. I found this to be frustrating and confusing and so gave up and instead engaged the services of solicitor Jean-Paul Kasusula to guide me through the process.
